Ricardo Pepi's injury in PSV match a concern for USMNT

PSV Eindhoven  striker  Ricardo Pepi had to be substituted because of injury in the club's match on Sunday, giving the U.S. men's national team a possible selection headache. U.S. manager Mauricio Pochettino had called Pepi into a 28-player squad for the upcoming FIFA international window. The U.S. will play Peru on Sept. 26 in Orlando, Florida,  Chil e on Sept. 29 in St. Louis, Mexico on Oct. 3 in Glendale, Arizona, and Canada on Oct. 6 in St. Paul, Minnesota. Players were due to report for international duty Sunday. However, Pepi lasted only eight minutes in PSV's match in the Dutch Eredivisie against FC Twente .
